隐私政策

本隐私政策适用于 iOS 应用 叶读 Leafread（Bundle ID：com.gankin.leafread）。它说明与本 App 相关的信息处理方式。不适用于 gansapp.com 上的 Gansapp 平台（账号、积分、AI 应用、支付等）；平台规则请参阅Gansapp 隐私政策。

一、本地优先

叶读在设计上以设备本地为主：无需 Leafread 或 Gansapp 账号；我们不为此 App 运营存储 EPUB、书架或阅读进度的云端服务；应用内无书城，也无我们运营的阅读同步后端。

二、个人信息处理者

本应用由个人开发者 Kin Gan（「我们」）提供。就你主动发送的客服邮件所涉及的个人信息，Kin Gan 为处理者。联系：support@gansapp.com。

三、保存在你设备上的信息

EPUB 文件及元数据：由你导入后保存在 iPhone / iPad 上（以及你选择的备份方式，如加密 iCloud 备份或本地加密备份）。你可通过应用内删除图书或卸载应用自行清除。
阅读进度、书签、书架与应用设置：保存在应用在本机的数据中，不会为叶读上传至我们的服务器。
朗读（TTS）：使用 iOS 系统 API（AVSpeechSynthesizer）及设备已安装语音在本地合成，我们不会收到被朗读的文本或生成的音频。

四、我们可能收到的信息

客服邮件：当你联系 support@gansapp.com 时，我们会收到你自愿提供的内容（如邮箱地址、正文、附件），仅用于回复与必要的沟通记录。
App Store：通过 Apple App Store 下载、更新或购买时，Apple 会按其隐私政策处理相关信息；该处理由 Apple 负责。

五、我们不会做的事（叶读）

核心阅读功能不要求注册 Gansapp 或 Leafread 账号。
不出售你的个人信息。
不将你的 EPUB 书库或阅读历史上传至叶读云端（我们未运营此类后端）。
不使用你的图书内容训练 AI 模型。
截至本页「最近更新」日期，叶读中未嵌入我们所知的第三方广告或统计分析 SDK。若将来增加超出本政策描述的数据处理，我们会在生效前或同时更新本页。

六、保存期限

设备上的数据在你删除或卸载应用前一直保留。客服邮件在处理完毕后仅保留合理期限的业务记录，之后删除或匿名化。

七、你的权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，你可请求查阅、更正、删除或导出我们持有的关于你的个人信息（主要来自客服往来），或向主管部门投诉。请邮件联系 support@gansapp.com，我们力争在 15 个工作日内答复。支持页面：支持与帮助。

八、安全措施

请为设备设置锁屏密码或生物识别，并及时安装 iOS 安全更新。邮件经互联网传输，请勿在客服邮件中发送与解决问题无关的敏感内容。

九、未成年人

本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童主动收集个人信息；除监护人在客服邮件中自愿提供的内容外，我们不会通过应用向儿童收集个人信息。

十、政策更新

更新将发布于本页面并修订日期；重大变更可能在 App Store 更新说明中提示。疑问请联系 support@gansapp.com 或参阅支持与帮助。

1. Who this policy is for

This Privacy Policy applies to the Leafread app for iOS (Bundle ID: com.gankin.leafread). It explains how we handle information in connection with this app. It does not describe the Gansapp web platform at gansapp.com (accounts, credits, AI apps, payments). For the platform, see the Gansapp Privacy Policy.

2. Controller

Leafread is offered by Kin Gan, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of personal data we receive when you contact support. Email: support@gansapp.com.

3. Local-first by design

Leafread is built to work on your device. You do not need a Leafread or Gansapp account. We do not operate a cloud service that stores your EPUB files, bookshelf, or reading progress for this app. There is no in-app bookstore and no reading-sync backend run by us for Leafread.

4. Information stored on your device

EPUB files and metadata you import remain on your iPhone or iPad (and in backups you choose, such as encrypted iCloud Backup or a local encrypted backup). You control deletion by removing books in the app or uninstalling the app.
Reading progress, bookmarks, shelves, and in-app settings are stored in on-device app storage. They are not uploaded to our servers for Leafread.
Text-to-speech: When you use read-aloud, iOS processes the book text using system APIs (AVSpeechSynthesizer) and voices installed on your device. Processing happens locally. We do not receive the spoken text or generated audio.

5. Information we may receive

Support emails: If you write to support@gansapp.com, we receive what you send (such as your email address, message text, and attachments). We use this only to answer you and keep a reasonable record of the conversation.
App Store: When you download, update, or purchase Leafread through Apple’s App Store, Apple processes information under Apple’s privacy policy and terms. That processing is controlled by Apple, not by us.

6. What we do not do (Leafread)

We do not require a Gansapp or Leafread login for core reading features.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not upload your EPUB library or reading history to a Leafread cloud backend—we do not operate such a backend for this app.
We do not use your book content to train AI models.
We have not embedded third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in Leafread as of the “last updated” date above. If we add any data collection beyond what is described here, we will update this policy before or when it takes effect.

7. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process support correspondence based on our legitimate interest in responding to you and keeping minimal records, and on steps taken at your request before a contract. You may object to processing where applicable; contact us at support@gansapp.com.

8. Retention

Data on your device stays until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you (mainly from support emails), and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact support@gansapp.com; we aim to respond within 15 working days. Support page: Support.

10. Security

Protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock and install iOS security updates. Email to us is transmitted over the internet; avoid sending sensitive content you do not need to share for support.

11. Children

Leafread is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app except what a parent or guardian might include in a support email.

12. Changes
