本页是 App Store Connect 的支持 URL（Support URL），对应 iOS 应用 叶读 Leafread（Bundle ID：com.gankin.leafread）。叶读是一款本地优先的 EPUB 阅读器：无需 Gansapp 或 Leafread 账号，应用内无书城，我们也不为此 App 运营云端书库或阅读同步服务。

完全退出并重新打开应用；必要时重启设备。
在 App Store 将叶读更新至最新版本，并保持 iOS 为较新版本。
若与某一 EPUB 有关，请说明该文件是否能在其他阅读器中打开，以及是否带 DRM / LCP 等保护。

帮助主题

导入 EPUB

可通过应用内导入、「文件」、iCloud 云盘、AirDrop，或其他 App 的分享菜单（「在 Leafread 中打开」等）添加图书。文件保存在你的 iPhone / iPad 上，不会上传至叶读云端。

阅读与显示

支持翻页、调整字体与排版、切换主题、使用书签等。阅读进度与显示偏好保存在本机，不依赖在线 Leafread 账号。

书架

在设备上管理图书列表。没有我们运营的云书架，也没有跨设备云同步。

朗读（TTS）

朗读功能使用 iOS 系统语音合成（AVSpeechSynthesizer）及你在「设置 → 辅助功能 → 朗读内容」中启用的系统语音，在设备本地生成语音。我们不会收到朗读文本或音频，也不运营叶读专用 TTS 服务器。

无法打开的文件

请仅阅读你有权使用的 EPUB。部分出版社会使用 DRM 或 LCP 加密。叶读不保证能打开所有受保护文件；若某书只能在特定厂商 App 中阅读，你可能仍需使用该 App。

数据与隐私

图书、进度与设置保留在设备上，除非你自行选择整机备份（例如加密 iCloud 备份）。详见隐私政策。

与 Gansapp 平台的关系

叶读与 Gansapp 网站（gansapp.com）由同一运营者发布，但是独立的 iOS 应用。使用叶读不会创建 Gansapp 平台账号，也不会消耗平台积分。平台服务条款与隐私政策适用于网站与各 Web 应用，不能替代本 App 的隐私政策。

This is the official Support URL for Leafread, a local-first EPUB reader for iPhone and iPad (Bundle ID: com.gankin.leafread). Leafread does not use a Gansapp account, does not include a bookstore, and does not sync your library to our servers.

Email support@gansapp.com. We aim to reply within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays where we operate). Please include your iOS version, Leafread version (from the App Store listing or About screen if available), and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots help when UI is involved.

We provide support in Chinese and English.

Before you write

Restart the app and, if needed, restart your device.
Install the latest Leafread update from the App Store and keep iOS up to date.
For a specific EPUB, note whether it opens in other readers and whether it uses DRM or LCP protection.

Importing EPUB files

Add books using the in-app import button, the iOS Files app, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or another app’s share sheet (“Open in Leafread” / Copy to Leafread). Imported files are stored on your device. We do not upload your EPUBs to a Leafread cloud service.

Reading & display

Turn pages, adjust font and layout, switch themes, and use bookmarks. Your reading position and preferences are saved locally on the device. They are not tied to an online Leafread account.

Bookshelf

Organize titles on your device. There is no cloud bookshelf and no cross-device sync operated by us for this app.

Text-to-speech (read aloud)

Read-aloud uses Apple’s on-device speech synthesis (AVSpeechSynthesizer) and the voices you enable under iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content. Speech is generated on your device. We do not receive the text or audio, and we do not run a Leafread TTS server.

Files you cannot open

Leafread is for EPUB files you are legally allowed to use. Some publishers encrypt files with DRM or LCP. Leafread does not promise to open every protected file. If a book works elsewhere only with a vendor’s own app, you may need that app to read it.

Data & privacy

Your books, progress, and settings stay on your device unless you choose to back up the device (for example via encrypted iCloud Backup). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Relationship to Gansapp

Leafread is published by the same operator as the Gansapp web platform (gansapp.com), but Leafread is a standalone iOS app. Using Leafread does not create a Gansapp platform account or charge platform credits. Platform terms and privacy are at https://gansapp.com and do not replace this app’s privacy policy.
